Quite a few, I wager.

Not enough. They seem to be getting angrier and digging in their heels. Look at Orrin Hatch. He throws temper tantrums when he's asked a question that he doesn't want to answer.

I;m sure a few are not saints. I'm upset about what just happened to Al Franken. He was sacrificed to prove the Left has a conscience and the Right has no morals or values in human decency.

A classy move by Al Franken. That's how a real man takes responsibility for their mistakes. Ball's in your court, Donald Trump and Roy Moore.

Only the ones with a conscience, so maybe two possibly three maybe.

Kings do not fear peasants.

Only if they are a foolish king.

They do when the peasants rise up. The Roman Empire failed to pay their soldiers and lost their protection by hiring foreign mercenaries.

For most of its history, Rome’s military was the envy of the ancient world. But during the decline, the makeup of the once mighty legions began to change. Unable to recruit enough soldiers from the Roman citizenry, emperors like Diocletian and Constantine began hiring foreign mercenaries to prop up their armies. The ranks of the legions eventually swelled with Germanic Goths and other barbarians, so much so that Romans began using the Latin word “barbarus” in place of “soldier.” While these Germanic soldiers of fortune proved to be fierce warriors, they also had little or no loyalty to the empire, and their power-hungry officers often turned against their Roman employers. In fact, many of the barbarians who sacked the city of Rome and brought down the Western Empire had earned their military stripes while serving in the Roman legions. [history.com]

@Goat I was implying that our politicians are egotistical narcissistic idiots who feel like they are invincible royalty. Kings should fear the peasants.
