Are you a snob? With what subjects/topics?
. I am, here are mine: Movies, Coffee, Toilet Paper.
Coffee, maybe wine to an extent. I'm not sure how you can be a movie snob. LOL! Not wealthy enough to be snobby about much else. =]
Continuity?!?!?!?!?!
^^ That's how you be a film snob. Also, call it film
Cigars, beer, coffee, and steaks. I’m a huge snob when it comes to these 4 things. I can tell a good cigar just from the smell the beer better taste like beer don’t give me any lite shit. Cheap coffee won’t even make it past my nose. My steak needs to be thick aged cooked over hardwood flames and don’t even try slip me a chunk of top round and call it a steak.
Only with the Xians. We take turns insulting each other at work about jesus and anything religious.
Not really. I only know my experiences.
But I do demand good coffee.
I WAS UNDER THE IMPRESSION A SNOB PERSON WAS ONE WITH DISDAIN FOR THOSE HE/ SHE PERCEIVED AS OF "LOWER CLASS"...I guess it may have something to do with toilet paper.
@Redcupcoffee But it does mean that.
Over many decades, I have become a snob about proper grammar, great bourbon (small batch, small distillery), good lace (I sew), quality yarns (I knit), fluffy towels, and soft feather pillows.
Yes, towels, pillows and yarn! It's starting to sound like I might just be a snob in general! Lol
I am particular rather than snobby. I don't drink sweet wine. I don't drink bad coffee or good coffee if it is in a paper cup. I also don't like ratty looking clothes if someone is wearing them to look hip.
I didn't like acid wash jeans in the '80s nor jeans-with-holes in the 2000s.
Movies definitely, candles, and laundry detergent.
@Redcupcoffee persil. The stuff is amazing.
@Redcupcoffee Kroger, and several other stores in the southeast.
Laundry detergent, yes! Purex is a curseword in my house. Persil or Tide Ultra Stain Release.
Yes . I am I won't go to wal mart. I won't even drive through the parking lot.
Snob about:
Coffee
Craft Beer
Food
Journalism
Fishing (topwater, no plastic worm or grub)
Oh, I know but they asked about snobbery and I feel a fish caught topwater (fresh I'm talking about, not salt) is just a more elegant catch.
Definitely journalism.
I have tried to lose my ego but from time to time it still turns up and makes me act arrogant in such a manner.
