Sleep.
I have an uneven relationship with sleep.
I have bouts of insomnia. I was recently getting by on 3 hours a night.
Thankfully, I have reverted; 6 hours is good. This makes me feel human and functional.
This is not an original observation - sleep is like a cat; it comes to you when it wants, and not the other way around.
What about you - is sleep your friend or your nemesis? Or maybe both?
Most of the times sleep and I are at odds with each other. Of course...this app doesn't help me much in that regard, I can't break-away from this site sometimes.
the wife has significantly increased her water drinking. she in enjoying nearly full nights uninterrupted.
And I'm sure she feels better for that sleep.
