My entire life ,science has always been my favorite subject .In school I was always thrilled to learn about something I did not understand . What comes to mind is the day I learned how a plane attains lift . A simple explanation of how the shape of the wing caused lower air pressure on the top and higher pressure on bottom which in turn caused lift . What was once baffling suddenly became so easily understood. A persons interest in science indicates an inquisitive mind and a thirst for knowledge and understanding the world around him

I couldn't have pursued my career in science if I didn't love it. One of my mottoes is, Do what you love and you'll love what you do.

I was a science teacher for 7 years. I love biology and astronomy. I see many links between the two and am always on the search for more origins of life connections between human beings and outer space. I believe in Panspermia and the implications for how life developed here. [helix.northwestern.edu]

Definite science enthusiast here. I am currently pursuing a PhD in neurobiology and animal behavior, and I frequently spend down time researching topics unrelated to my work. Physics and astronomy are major "loves", as well as the biological sciences with a heavy focus on the topics of genetics, evolution, ecology, wildlife management, and psychology.

I absolutely love science. Learning, discussing, researching, it's all good. I don't have too many science lovers around me, though, except at work and we get set back in our work day if we take too long discussing it. I actually avoid discussing it with most people so I don't bore them to tears, lol

I spent my entire career as a scientist, ie. a chemist in the pharmaceutical industry.
