Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Open your profile page. On the right hand side is a list of women and % their profile matches yours. If you change "Open to meeting women," to something else you will change that list, for example you could find out how many trans, gay or men are near you, and who they are.
Of course, this one-liner post may serve your purpose better.
