I read God is not great by Christopher Hitchens.
Does anyone have any suggestions for similar books by atheist authors?

The End of Faith - Sam Harris
The God Difusión - Richard Dawkins
And of course the classic " Why I am not a Christian" of the one and only Bertrand Russell.

Delusion?

@chazwin correct. Delusion. It was a keyboard issue. Lol!

[booktalk.org] <- Follow link for list.

I just Googled "Atheist Books"

@Ronni why can't you send it to yourself? Don't you have a computer?

A lot of them say the same things, but I wouldn’t recommend so many atheism books as I’d recommend science positive books. Like Carl Sagan’s Demon Haunted World

2

The God Delusion by Dawkins has a similar and complementary tone. These two books are considered by many to be paragons of modern dissertation on the issue.

Yeah Origin of Species and the Descent of Man by Charles Darwin. They say it all, - the rest is just footnotes in the margins of cultural mythology.\

@RobLes And the English is so beautiful too.

I think Seth Andrews is very good. He seems a really decent guy too.

A book I really enjoy and suggest to every atheist is The Moral Landscape by Sam Harris.

The Christian Delusion is a good read, essays by several authors.

You might like Jordon Peterson's Maps of Meaning for the value of myth and religion to culture. The covers the material in his YouTube videos Maps of Meaning and also The Psychology of the Bible.

How about Sock by Penn Gillette? Fun novel with an interesting payoff.

And Small Gods from Terry Pratchett.

Ah, Sir Pterry.... how I miss him. I remember going to the bookstore every couple of months and heading straight for the fantasy section to see if there was a new Discworld title out yet...
We shall not see his like again.
