You cannot have a void. The lack of a belief is a void, and seeks to be filled. Therefore, this explains why atheists tend to be socialist/communistic. This belief in taking from the rich and giving to the poor. I propose an alternative way to fill the void. Believe in the individual, believe in yourself. Support individual rights, which is human rights. Deception creates pain and misery, which creates violence. Strive to be honest and happy. Strive to be self reliant, don't depend on the government, or a man, or another woman. Pain and misery begets violence because those who are miserable cope by becoming angry. Pain misery and anger are not necessary, you only need to feel love, wonder, kindness and a sense of wonder. Strive to produce, strive to work hard, be knowledgeable and aware of those who practice deceit in order to protect yourself, they do not deserve one second of your emotional energy. Work hard, help others, and take the high road, be respectful and continue on.

Everyone needs to pay according to their use.

Rich people use the roads more. They should pay for their use.

Your assumption that no religion is a void or becomes one when you quit religion is wrong. For those of us who never believed in gods, goddesses, devils, demons, angel, djinn, avatars, or whatever there is no void. I don't think loosing one's religion creates a void. When nothing was there in the first place, where's the void. Self deception might need a void.

I disagree.

I believe in lots of things. Lots of things I have evidence for.

I also disbelieve lots of things. Lots of things I have no evidence for, such as the Loch Ness monster and Unicorns and anything supernatural.

There is no void. I don't miss things I have never had.

As Taladad says, your premise is incorrect.

Even if you replace belief with faith, it doesn't work.

However, I do agree with your final couple of sentences.
