Dating is certainly a possibility. It's still afairly new site though. Eventually there will be enough of a pool for that to happen for many. Up in North County I'm sure you'll find a few bites though! You're in a major metropolitan area. You should see new members popping up pretty frequently in your area if you use the search feature.
