While it doesn't make you suffer any less with your symptoms, it's nice to have a
legitimate label to put on it.
When I was told what I was feeling actually had a name, I know it made me feel less "crazy".
Although, I'm fairly certain 9 out of 10 psychiatrists would disagree.
