For those who've not followed the fallout (or States Rights going against the pro-life crowd in banning acres to abortion) I've loosely been following and was a bit surprised at what's happened.
It was assumed that 27 states would outright ban abortions. Several states lost that via individual voters (Kansas, for example) upholding the right to choose, and other states codifying their own Constitutions to enshrine the right, and even one state, South Carolina's Supreme Court upholding the right afforded by Roe, in that 22 weeks was upheld and entered as Law.
Thus far, some of the more seemingly rabid states, have now secured the rights as Roe did all those years ago.

The gop led Congress has proposed a nationwide ban on abortion. It's never gonna get past the democrat led senate - might not even get put up for a vote, just left to die like so many bills did when moscow mitch was in charge - but the fucking hypocrisy! The gop has been screaming about states' rights forever, it's what got them to push bring their case to the SC and trump's toadies over turning Roe v Wade.
