If you have the means to be a snow bird, it would be ideal for six months of the year, with the other six months spent on a similar island where winters average seventy degrees! Imagine how quiet it is there at night!

I used to live in Maine. Nothing wrong with a tiny island until things freeze over, but not enough to drive a snowmobile over the ice... Or when a Nor Easter knocks the shit out of you. I could totally live there... Just substitute the nauseating deadly water with insanely beautiful and warm Caribbean water; I think I could make due. And burn those evergreens and give me palm trees... And rum
