Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Weeeell, don't think that's the first thing that comes to mind for me. But that has always been the case. The Bill of Rights were the "Original Amendments", as in any human endeavor there is always room for improvement.

And that's what the Amendment processes (there are two different ones) are about. Ignoring those you don't like at the moment is not good government.
