I honestly wish I knew.. I have another about a pheasant being labelled a "terrorist"!!! .. I'll post some more. I have been collecting pointless / ridiculous headlines! 🙂 Also how did it become a fugitive? .. All you have to do is pick them up by the business end and its over!
