Hahaha! Yup! My son came in once and watched me. He was stunned. The at-the-time BF did too and realized I had a different smile for him then I did for the customers. It's a performance and at the same time real, of that makes sense.

You actually talk to customers? All I ever get is chat!

From 6 yyears old, and it was drilled into me to be pleasant to everyone no matter about how I felt about them personally. It served me well outsie of retail too.
