It's about time someone got serious about the ghost gun loophole(s.)
Granted, this will likely be appealed and if SCOTUS takes it up, they'll likely send every home in America a kit to try for themselves 
or they'll deny to hear the case as they previously did.
Regardless, DIY gun makers are now subject to background checks, makers and sellers of gun parts/pieces are now required to report inventory/sales/purchases to the Feds.
