I have yet to get my bike out.. Its a bit too chilly for me. But I have seen a lot of bikers out today. We have had such a slow start to spring. I remember having my bike out the first part of April last year.

I only had about 3 weeks of the winter when I didn't ride - mind you, we don't get too bad weather over here in England.

Just had 2 weeks with no rain and daytime temps around 20 degress centograde - whatever that is in old money for you over the pond (about 67F if memory serves)
F = 9/5C + 32
F = 9/5 x 20 + 32
F = 36 + 32
F = 68
I'd say your memory is pretty darn good there.
I just remembered that 19 is 66 - because 1966 is when England won the world cup last!
