When a very successful band or group breaks up what to do next is the question for each individual member …in the case of ABBA, when they broke up, the two guys…Benny & Bjorn went on to collaborate in writing music for stage shows and other artists, and the two girls Agnetha & Annifrid went on to have solo careers as singers. Here is a song from Agnetha’s 1987 album I Stand Alone in which she duets with Peter Cetera, lead singer of band Chicago….I Wasn’t The One (Who Said Goodbye).
…..filmed in and around her native Stockholm, the video and the title of the music has that feeling of regret about it… tinged with a longing for what has gone!
