That's a good idea! I didn't actually make the whole set, because some of them are not very visually appealing. Your suggestion is a a good reason to go ahead and do them all in a batch. Thanks!

They are just an old alphabet used to write Scandinavian languages, and Old English. They were designed to be carved into wood, so they are made of only straight lines.
@CraeftSmith witches use them as a divination tool much like using tarot cards. Each symbol or combination of symbols has a special meaning. I'm not sure what those are. My Mom uses runes. She would know.
@ArtemisDivine The symbols looked familiar--when you said tarot cards I have Rune cards...I was given them as a gift and only looked at them a few times. I will have to check them out again. The Rune Cards, ancient wisdom for the new millennium is the title by Ralph H Blum, who also wrote the book of Runes.
@ArtemisDivine I made them for sale in a local curio shop that caters to that type.

there is a rock down the road from me that I make believe has ancient writing on it. I will have to post a pic of it
