I am an atheist. I do not consider myself an agnostic, I do not believe that it is "unkowable", even if it is currently "unkown", those are two different things entirely.

There are many god claims which can be directly disproved by observation of the real world, and several more which can be dismissed as unreasonable, or rather, irrational, and to believe something is true with no reasoning for that belief is wishful thinking at best, indoctrination at worst.

I firmly believe that there are no gods, and I know for a fact that the major religions are completely false. There is no omnipotent, omniscient being who made a world that acts in any way different than he wanted it to. No such thing, it violates the very concept of reason.

I am also a big fan of the idea that words mean concrete things. They have meanings, and those meanings, the concepts those words stand for, must stand to reason or become meaningless. To say "I'm an atheist who believes in god" is the same as saying "it's a square with five sides" or "it's a circle with 4 corners".

I am also a devout ignostic.

@OtherPatrick No, but I think God is.
