Q for fellow vegans: vegan about two years, vegetarian for 5, I use fortified cereals and nutritional yeast for B12... do you find you still need a supplement? Feeling a bit rundown and suspecting that could help? Thank you, all input is appreciated.

Simple rice and beans. This time I chopped and sautéed an onion and a red bell pepper in coconut oil. Spiced with turmeric, black pepper and pink salt. On the dish red pepper flakes and a few basil leaves... the basil really took it to another level...

Spinach with garlic, sesame seeds, vegetable broth and a touch of stir fry sauce. It was the side dish. The entrée was a simple pasta Primavera that I failed to take a picture of but you all know what pasta looks like, :-)
