I wonder how many other people he let off for similarly flimsy reasons to repeat they're offenses again and again, while simultaneously over penalizing those who came from "bad" families and ruining what slim chances they had of making a "good" family of thier own. How many lives has this skewed perspective ruined? Like the fucking kids get to choose thier families. Give them an equal playing field to at least have some say in thier future.
