Okay, let's look at this another way. Graham was booked into large private/municipal venues. They are often a partnership between the city and a private company. He was NOT booked into a church. If I died tonight I would not be sad. However, if I am not about to take my own life. That would be an act of violence. The pain it would inevitably inflict upon my family and friends is not something I would wish for. If I changed my mind about this? It would not require any assistance. Why would it? If you have the courage of your convictions then the physical act is the final test of them. I do not blame most suicides but I do have a problem those that involve others. The person that throws themselves under a train or truck, does not consider the impact on the driver. Similarly, those that choose death by cop should have had the guts to pull the trigger themselves and not put the weight on someone else.

I am not nostalgic about it. It is only that many of us have trouble remembering pin numbers. It is obviously inadvisable to carry these in any physical form. This is merely a tip to recycle an already existing memory to solve what may be a problem that can be exasperated by age.

@Davesnothere The C of E is an inoculation against religion. If the crazy woman on the video TimeOut ForMe commented happened in the UK. There is a good chance that it would not be cops but mental health workers taking her away. So unusual would it be to have anyone rant in such a way. Sure there are the odd High st bible thumpers and we get JWs knocking on the door. Yet they are met with polite indifference. Politicians are wary of bringing their religious beliefs out in public. Unlike the US where they are trotted out like the wife, kids and family dog on the baby-kissing circuit. The UK and US are very different countries with different ways of going about things. But have to say it was not until I joined this site, did I give my non-belief much thought at all. Along with a healthy disrespect for the talking snake book, comes the same skepticism for most of the establishment. No pledging allegiance, and unless the world cup is on, no flags flying on lawns. It was not just unfuckable (your word not mine), no thought at all was put into her profile. If anything it was as if she was actively glaring at the camera. 273kelvin replies on Jan 18, 2020:
@Kymmacg Okay sorry to be defensive there but here is my experience with online hook-ups. An attractive person (and I mean that in the round. not just looks but intelligence, personality etc.) will be able to get sex quite easily irl. Not that there no attractive women on hook-up sites but lots will tend to be after threesomes or group sex. Men will outnumber women by about 100/1 (remember this is hook-up sites not dating ones like Match or POF). So if we do simple maths then on a scale of 1-10. The top half of women (5 - 10) are going to get hundreds of mgs every day. The less attractive (1- 4) fewer but still quite a lot. This is not judgemental just logical. So an average guy (again in the round) will have to go some to even get a reply from a proverbial fox. Remember that we are talking casual sex here not deep meaningful relationships. I was on a hook-up site for about 3 years. I sent hundreds of msgs out and would only get a reply in about 10% of cases. Of that only 10% ended up in a meeting and again only 10% of those in sex. This resulted in a total of 5 hook-ups which include FWB and relationships. Of those 5, three were below or average in age/appearance and the other two were African and older men are more prized in their culture. Now bear in mind that I would not call myself a prize or "gods gift" but I did write well. This included producing erotic stories on the dating diary. So it is purely out of my own experience that I gave the advice that the poster should be prepared to lower his standards if he really wants to just get laid.

Reasoning can be one of one argument against another. Take for example the Copernican revolution. We think of it as natural that the earth revolves around the sun. The transit of Mars was particularly difficult to predict. It was Galileo arguing that Copernicus was "better" which eventually won the day

He talks about the front parlor that was such a scene of parties and merriment, now containing his sisters' coffin.
