I am a , animal lover, Vegan, elementary school teacher and Atheist. I have been Atheist for over twenty years. Before that I was Buddhist. I still believe in some of the teachings of Buddha - in terms of needing to help one another and treating all people & animals with respect. I really am not that deep into philosophy, I just have strong values and believe in equality, as well as nonviolence.

I love classic rock, fun exciting movies, games, and laughing. I also love food! Indian food being my favorite. Much of my free time is spent catching up on lesson planning, playing games on my computer or browsing what's streaming on my movie sites. Yes, I am basically a homebody, but I do enjoy going to concerts and movies occasionally.
