When I found my tiny mix, a runaway from a puppy mill (because she is Smart!) She was almost bald, red bumpy skin from flea bites, almost 50% underweight and all teeth were loose, plus tits filled with milk from yet another litter. Not easy to catch, either, then huddled in a crate all the way home (7 hours) I ended up carrying the crate into the house at 2 am because she wasn't leaving it! The next day we bonded over food, the next day my girlfriend came to see my new friend, bringing small-dog stuff from her house...i had only had 60+ lb-ers, ever. As soon as Wendy saw her, she began to tremble so violently I had to put her down, I thought it was a seizure! After about a year, she now snuggles happily on any available lap, gets all excited when she sees a party is planned. They just need love & nutrition! Even most of her teeth tightened back up! You are Great!

As someone who goes to karaoke lot (like 3-5 times a week, different venues), I assure you we admire anyone who gets up there, regardless. We all have bad nights, and we all get better with time, too...vocal cords are just another muscle, after all. Plus, song choice is Key! We love when you sing along too! Also, duets, trios, more are a lot of fun for both singers & audience! IMO "karaoke" is a much nicer atmosphere than just "meat market" bars, ready-made conversation topics, common interest, feeling happy when a song begins you forgot you even knew until the first 3 notes ring out..... P.s. I do not drink, at all, except water......

Stemming from our culture that thinks "someone" should be telling others how to live. Most heroin addicts, for example, if given methadone, can lead full productive (tax-paying!) lives. So we pay to hunt them down and pay to imprison them for an addictive Disease. In less punitive countries, there is no "drug problem" as we know it!
