This one, lately, has developed a weird "stutter" where it capitalizes the last word I have typed & adds it after the final punctuation mark, with a different "accent", usually an exclamation mark. Or even worse, puts the last word of a Previous (fully posted) post as the first word of my next post,.......WTF! So i just proofread & Edit. It cannot be fixed & the next tic could be far worse

I deeply believe unhappiness is a mindset. My Mom gave me the best advice when I was in my early teens (and Amazingly I heard it!) She said "You make your own Heaven or Hell right here every day" By which she meant that Stuff Happens, it is how you choose to deal that counts. And I d I want to add that Clinical Depression is a real illness that requires serious help, but I see so many choosing to "Wallow" as a way to get attention, bleh! I have been lucky, always, that in the midst of whatever godawful thing life has thrown at me, I can still enjoy a sunset, or a dog cuddle, or a nice cup of coffee.....small things yes but they make a Huge difference in reminding me life can be lovely even when it is not. I wish everyone the same! But "Wallowing in it" should never be condoned!

You can be friends with those who do not like or understand your political & philosophical leanings,case in point my Wonderful neighbor, when (and if, she grew up with manners too) anything does come up, both of us quickly change the subject to our gardens, our dogs, etcetera etc. 2. for a really quick fix, get a dog or cat...i recommend a dog because you have to walk them, putting you in contact with other dog lovers (see #1, above) A rescue might be the best choice because they literally Need you and usually they have quirks/problems that you need to figure out by hard work & thinking about something besides your insides.
