AARP has Excellent plans...when you talk to their representative ("Bob in Iowa" ) none of whom work on commission, you need to think hard about the coming year & answer as fully as possible, so they can steer youto the one of 9 or so plans that will work best for you for the coming year (you can change every year if needed)

@azzow2 I make fast "potato salad" with microwaved skin-on red potatoes, dill seed, onion powder, yogurt/mayo/sour cream (SC not always in my fridge) celery seed, pepper, yellow mustard & vinegar to taste...i like "tangy" and must avoid salt, so no salt is used, or missed. I get the dill seed at Job Lot for $1....sooooo much more flavor than dill weed

@anglophone I would still put in a call to my physician, and you could ask for a counseling referral during the same call....I was recently hospitalized after developing an "allergy" to a med I had been taking for over 6 years, it was stopping my breathing, suddenly

@dalefvictor not true at all,ans other posts on here attest....but you need to be on the right plan! AARP has 800# with English-speaking counselors ("hi, this is Bob in Iowa!") They do Not work on commission, you answer their questions about your needs, they get you on the correct plan.
