Dating's nice, however, I'd also like to make friends with either men or women.

I was 12 when it was evident to me that I was born in America, so I heard about Jesus. But what about some kid in Nepal? I just refused to believe if he "heard of" Jesus that he could just change his own life-long, passed down in the family, very geographically dependent religion, or so it appeared to me. What if he was very devout? He'd burn in hell? Well, this is the age I first felt myself cross a 50% odds against the kind of god I'd been taught. What else? I didn't even know at that point. I wasn't afraid. I was just glad other kids might not burn in hell.
