@MissKathleen Cucumbers and squash seem to be about the same for me. Peppers need a head start, they have a long growing season. It’s a real chore for me getting broccoli, cauliflower, and Lima beans in early enough. You’ve only been there two years? You’ll get the hang of it I’m quite sure.

@CreativeTN Haven't through-hiked yet. Have done most of the AT. There's a trail beginning on Signal Mountain, goes to Edwards' Point and then heads north. I don't believe that one's the same one though.

Yesterday's jalapeño harvest! I picked them all because the smaller ones had stopped growing.

@Chars I haven't been camping in a while. Things happen; I'm sure you can relate. My favorite way to camp is load up my bicycle and tour for about a week. So tenting mostly. I'll sleep just about anywhere. Prop me up in a corner and I'll probably be OK.
