Posts are quite simple and straightforward. Type your title first. Hit return a couple of times and write any remarks that you think might be helpful. Submit. Deleting posts can be done from the same page as posting. I believe you have up to 5 days to delete or edit. The understanding of the intent of the artist which I can achieve when high sometimes carries over to when I'm down. This is one of many human frontiers which cannabis has helped me traverse. I'm sure that has a lot to do with it, but in my experiences it seems more 'private' then that. I look around me and it doesn't seem to matter where, at least 50% of people, young and old, are communicating via 'smartphone'. It's a removal of people from their living environment to one of narrowing their vision. My kids think people are born with these things!

That would depend on how physically or mentally debilitated you are, if your illness is bad you may not be able to do anything. Personally I'd just carry on with my life as normal until I couldn't look after myself, then who knows? Until it happens you don't know.
