@JonSevastra Again, I will point to the flag that I saw. It did not have any black on it. It did have the blue band in the middle. The entire flag was blue and white. After posting this and talking with you guys, I now believe it must be a group (or individual) who has taken the flag and changed it just enough. I wish I could have taken a photo of it, but unfortunately, I was driving. The reason it appears militant to me: High schools in this area and where I'm originally from had flags prominently displayed on pickups and at football games. A war cry of sorts.

How to tip properly.???
MrLizard comments on Aug 23, 2018:
I taught that to myself. Of course, you can't insure promptness by tipping afterward. I wander if that acronym is really true.

How to tip properly.???
BlueWave comments on Aug 23, 2018:
I consider myself a generous tipper. For good service, it can be between 20-30%. Once in a blue moon - 40-50%. However, I still tip on SERVICE. Occasionally, it's only 15%. Rarely, it's 10%. If the person deserves less than 10%, that calls for a talk with a manager. I never tip less ...
AstralSmoke replies on Aug 23, 2018:
I've been known to tip a nickel before, but that was for nonexistent service.
My road trip starts today, I will be staying in a cabin for 3 nights near a river.
AstralSmoke comments on Aug 23, 2018:
That is sad, but being in the tinderbox environment it's probably best.
AstralSmoke replies on Aug 23, 2018:
@Sheannutt That part sounds very nice. Maybe you can light a candle in the cabin?

@SkotlandSkye I figured it was sarcasm. I missed the pics of the kids. I didn't know if you were happy they were all in school or what exactly. Thanks for the wink and the clarification.

@Insectra So, which end is the head? And, do they stay in this U-shaped form or do they ever straighten out?
I saw a flag similar to this on Saturday.

I see tattered American flags flown all the time - disrespect American flags as spare tire covers - same as using it as drapes - disrespect American flags held horizontally at sporting events - should only be displayed vertically - disrespect American flags on clothing - never supposed to be done...

Thanks for the better reference.

I have seen one flying at a man's house near where I work. He is someone that breaks the law repeatedly and seems to always be on the slide of some sort. He also flies the confederate flag.. go figure.
