I am a humanist at heart and a technologist by profession. I enjoy ideas that are just a bit off the beaten path and activities that include a combination of speed, action, and intellectual challenge. I consider myself open-minded and am fascinated by unconventional approaches to the challenges that face us all. I am a voracious reader, devouring works that range from physics to philosophy and from the classics to sci-fi. I enjoy travel, languages and the wonderful variety that happens when cultures meet and mix.
I had an upbringing that included influences from several societies and cultures. I’m seeking to continue the experience. I currently live in Austin, Texas, USA, but travel a lot and would like to find friends in other places.
