I was fortunate enough to be raised by parents that didn’t push me towards any belief. In my late 20’s I became heavily involved in a church, and at one time actually taught bible study. After enough exposure to this hypocritical lifestyle, I decided to participate no longer. Now I find myself quite disappointed and disturbed that religious beliefs affect all of us in a negative way. Christopher Hitchens said it best”religion poisons everything!”
