Yep. Cleaned out an estate, then the owner's son who payed us, got himself "his personal friend" agent to sell the place, rather than our suggested realtor. He was told to ask 40k lower than market value (this just happened), and, of course took the first offer. I think his "friend" got a two way cut.

Kate just told me that people are going into stores and robbing stuff, taking stuff and just walking...

They don't know gun safety. I owned a gun a 13 - no longer keep them. That said, safety and responsibility was drilled into me, AND, back then the government required responsibility or it actually punished people. There were not "tragic accidents," as those "preventable accidents" were punished with fines and even jail time.
