Look for place(s) to express yourself. Finding a good professional can be helpful - although usually a lengthy search for the best. Try hanging with groups that have activities you enjoy be it gaming, movies, books, yoga, etc. I'm sure you know suicide is not the answer. There is always someone who cares - I discovered that after years of agony. And, now, after a difficult journey things are so much better. It isn't easy, but worth keeping at. Best wishes.
