There’s an underlying Unresolved control issue. He should talk to a therapist about it if he can, or a friend. But bottom line is he needs to get over it in some way and move on in life. I tried to understand my kids growing up. When you have more than one it’s easier to see the differences and understand who they are. I could go on about this but you probably don’t want to read it all. The Birth Order Book helped me understand the differences. Some are just straight personality and some seem to be tied to the family dynamic. Lots of variables
