Well, moderation would be good, and sip instead of doing shots to make it more pleasurable. Here, we can buy single serve, like airline bottles. I think, awhile back, that's all they sold in S.C. Also, you can get a lot of good info online. Every once on awhile. Someone will have a tasting where they pair food and different types of whiskey, or whisky as is the proper spelling for scotch. If you have friends that are interested, you can have get togethers and do that yourself. Enjoy!
