Good Morning Everyone.
BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 13, 2019:
I have had great luck twice finding a private room and bath on Craigslist. First time I was at the place about five years. And in the current place five years this fall. In between I had a somewhat bad experience. But I could have avoided that with a little research.

BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 13, 2019:
The idea of a g-d is just ridiculous. How could he/she not threatened to pull the car off the road if we kids didn't shut the fu-k up and get along? "I will SHUT this ENTIRE water park day DOWN!" "Do NOT TRY ME!" "Give your brother a juice box, Jimmie. He's looking gray around the eyes."
I was gifted a half bushel of jalapeño peppers from my neighbor.
BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 13, 2019:
Not a huge fan of sweetened pickled things, but I would definitely have just pickled them. Jalapeño barely registers as hot to me if pickled.

BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 12, 2019:
Those incidents do happen, but are relatively rare, and I do see them reported, if they happen. They are generally local stories as that sort of thing is not really worthy of national attention. What does usually get national attention, at least for awhile are incidents where there is a random home invasion where the perp is wanting to do harm, and the incident is stopped because of a firearm. Media goes apeshit over things like that, especially if the shooter is an attractive young woman or an elderly person or incapacitated in some way. The story you posted was also not a high capacity shooter situation. The last thing I would want in that type of situation would be more bullets flying. And how are the police to know who " goodun' with the gun is? My guess is that anyone firing off rounds in such chaos would be rabidly ventilated. A more common thing is that kids get killed when they knock on a door looking for help if their car breaks or walking home after going to the store to buy their little brother Skittles. Or a kid is killed when they find a relatives or neighbor's gun because said person is so paranoid and on edge that they keep the gun loaded and in easy access at all times. Or a family member is killed because someone is violent and goes into a drunken rage one last time.
Has anyone but me listened to David Bowies last album.

I bought my boys bulletproof backpacks.
BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 11, 2019:
A way to physically block a door from being opened may be a better solution. These devices are not very expensive and would likely give your son and friends more of a sense of empowerment if they had a fund raiser to buy them for all classes, or went before the school board to ask for funds than being bought a device even they know is useless. And if the windows in the doors are not bullet proof be sure to insist that some sort of bullet proof material is installed.

How do you deal with having to hide your atheism?
BufftonBeotch comments on Aug 10, 2019:
First of all you need to focus on your education and not have your family guilt you into being involved in "helping" them when you are barely above childhood. Focus on your education and maybe go visit every other weekend or one weekend a month. If they are as religious as you say, someone in that religious community can help them deal with whatever "issues" there are.

I'm conflicted on the death penalty, but it is pretty clear these are all guilty beasts. Child killers and rapists. One of his own two year old daughter.
