I hike, bike and flat water kayak, but I'm also capable of lifting a book. I enjoy lifting weights and working out. I'm a reasonably fit, mostly reformed wild child who still has moments of mischief. I don't have a formal religion ... I ask too many questions. I am interested in the paranormal. Oh yeah, I have a job, car, home, and full set of teeth.

If we are compatible and have common interests who knows where the path will lead ... possibly to some secluded spot ... so we can chase fireflies.

Is transgender expression the result of societal constraints placed on men and women?
CS60 comments on May 6, 2018:
I transitioned from female to male 20+ years ago. To your question about still having to change gender: yes, most of us that are binary (see ourselves as male or female) would still transition. Although it is a thought provoking question. Most of us know from a very early age, 3 or 4, that we are in the wrong body. And going through puberty in the wrong body is a good way to get someone to want to die. Hormone blockers can be stopped and puberty will proceed. At least 2 female to males have stopped taking hormones and have successfully given birth. Male to females can freeze sperm. The physical act of sex has little or nothing to do with transition. Sexual intercourse is NOT the only way to make love. In most cases surgery is worth the risk. At least top surgery to remove or enhance the breasts.

CS60 comments on May 4, 2018:
I’m not I the city now and hope I never am. The city is just not my space. But I can’t say that farming is my gig either; heck I’ll be retired in 5 years and farming is hard work - 7 days a week. I’d like a couple of secluded acres, within 45 minutes to an hour of a city or some place with good health care and a college.

Can you share your experience with stock market?
CS60 comments on Apr 27, 2018:
The market goes AND down, so Don’t invest more than you afford to throw away. Depending on how much you can comfortably afford to invest, you maybe better off buying a no cost diversified mutual fund. If you have a lot of money to invest you can pick several stocks to achieve diversification. If you don’t have much, get a mutual fund. Frequently, they will a,low you to purchase a little at a time over long period. Thing $10 a week for months or years. But understand they go up and down just like stocks.

I'd say a little of both. Many people hide behind the internet and just yank your chain for shits and giggles. Some take that behavior into real life. Ha! Can you teach yourself to be straight? Many have tried, I don’t think any have really succeeded. Some maybe on a temporary basis. It’s kinda like asking “When did you decide to be straight?” The Christians maybe confused by bisexuality or the fact that some gay people were forced to fake being straight. Senator Toomey (PA-R) will not vote in the best interests of the people, but for his corporate backers. Many news outlets are biased at best and at worst are providing alternative facts.
