One of the reasons for divorces is , people don't enjoy being with drunks . Do you really think anyone is going to look on line , for another drunk partner ? Someone who uses the excuse , "I'm so sorry I beat you up , but it's acceptable because I was drunk at the time ? " Or . " Yeah , I came home so drunk that I totally destroyed the living room trying to find the bed , last night ." Or how about , " So sorry , I peed in the dresser drawer , because I thought I was in the toilet last night ? "

I grew up with a mother who seemed to not love me very much.

THere is a LOT of work involved in raising a family . Perhaps , if your Mom had had some help in meeting all the required chores , she would have had more time to enjoy the fun times with you .

Years ago , when the HIV/AIDS pandemic was in full bloom , I was filling out forms for a new doctor , and it asked if I had HIV/AIDS . When I reached the interview portion , I asked my new to me doctor if she or her husband had HIV/AIDS . She was shocked , and insulted that I asked . I pointed out to her that it was the same question she asked me on the form and that she would be cutting me open , and would be dealing with my blood , something which I would not be doing to her . Additionally , even though I was meeting her , I would never meet her husband or know if he was loyal to her , or out galivanting around , having unsafe sex with others . She didn't like answering the same question she routinely asked of everyone else .

Time to start dieting again, what a pity we can’t just sleep it off like a bad hangover and wake ...

You most likely have a job or a career and you also have all the responsibilities your parents used to take care of , when you were dating at a younger age - a home a yard , a vehicle , the domestic chores . And you're usually not quite as good looking as you were years ago . And , of course , you've got that , " baggage ," from your previous relationship .It's not easy . And it can even be very dangerous . On the dating scene , you're no longer dealing with kids you went to school with and have known for years . You're likely dealing with total strangers , at least some of whom , are out to get you . Good luck !

I worked . My last job lasted for 42 years , 9 months , and 3 days . Discrimination at work was rampant . Discrimination at home , as a child was also readily recognizable . I can remember my brother misbehaving , and Mom and I were the ones who were punished , we had nothing to do with it He wasn't . Being the older , getting better grades , not getting into the trouble he got into , didn't get me anything he didn't also get , because he was born with that one little part I didn't have .
