When we were small , Mom would go grocery shopping once a week and while in town , she'd stop at the library and max out her library card , getting books for each of us . At her home , after retirement , a book mobile brought her seven novels a week . At any rate , after she told me about Ed's demand , I told her the new-to-me home I'd just bought had a separate library . We both laughed ! I still have my books , which while great for retirement , were even more appreciated during the pandemic !
