About two months ago , I discovered another one . Try googling for a local D&D , gaming store . There seem to be an increasing number , now , the problem is locating them . Please remember to support them, so they don't go out of business . Bring them to the attention of your online friends . You can also locate then if you go to Sci-fi-fantasy conventions . They generally have games set up , as a means of advertising to the right audience . Look for their brochures .

Actually , there were women of wealthy families who were granted money , property , the incomes from those properties , and power in their own name , during the Medieval period . I'm sure you've heard , for instance , of Ferdinand and Isabel , Queen Mary , Queen Elizabeth , Catherine the Great , etc . Families with connections to the Royal families would often include money , property and it's income in the woman's name to improve the chances of marrying women into political marriages , but were concerned that the politics could change , and they did not want to lose those resources if , for instance , the new husband chose to back the wrong group .

While I agree with you on the whole , I can't agree with , " Anyone that knows a little about everything is more intelligent than someone that knows a lot about a few things . " I'd rather have a heart surgeon , who can't properly mop a floor , do my heart surgery , than have someone who can properly mop the floor messing around with my surgery .

What makes a person "intelligent?"

@Countrywoman Have been doing these things for most of my life , the exception being , my house is paid for in full . I do still have maintenance and improvement costs , and , of course , real estate taxes . I don't trust Medicare , after what they did to SS , so am afraid to rely on that form of medical insurance .

When I was diagnosed as diabetic , no sugar , of course . So I loaded my grocery cart with fruits , to help me get off sugars . My tri glycerides went up , so had to cut fruits . SInce then , the diabetis has affected my kidney , so I was told no salt , no organ meat (heart , liver, kidneys , etc. )...

@Captnron59 My brother has been on dialysis for several years , now . I tried to follow the kidney doctor's rules , and so far , I'm not on that . I was on the most common insulin for over 20 years , but eventually developed a reaction to it . I am currently on Humalog 75/25 , the largest portion of which is from human made insulin .
