So here are some suggestions for alone time : fill out the 2020 census , do your income taxes , take care of your garden , catch up on the laundry , play with the kitties , try out some new recipes , study herbal medications , read , catch up on all the movies/TV shows you missed while putting yourself through collage , phone a friend , write a letter , take care of that house maintenance you have been wanting to do - now's the time ! ! !

Years ago , someone created a kind of shorthand , so that a secretary could write what her boss was telling her , more quickly , to keep up with his speaking . Then she could later type it out into whatever letters were required . Once created , it was taught in secretarial schools . Today , the kids on the iinternet created their own short hand , usually the first letters of a common phrase , and the kids are teaching it to the older internet users . But , it's usually just the common use phrases , so it's use is limited .

There's a McDonald's in one end , where it's easy to see who's coming in , especially if you've never met before . Cheap cup of coffee , or you can get what ever you want , inexpensive .

A neighbor I barely knew , was in hospital and was declared dead , then brought back to life . While apparently a nice person , he did not claim to be God , and , yes there are those , who through no fault of their own , have been declared dead , but their bodies have been , " jump ," started , and brought back to life . I spent a night at a hospital over thirty years ago , and was diagnosed with Sleep Apnea then . The doctors , at that time , told me there were three different surgeries they could try , and .of course , the CPAP . When I was small , before I was six , my Mother took me in and at a doctor's recommendation , had my tonsils and adnoids removed , because I kept getting colds . I heard the surgeon tell my Mom that , as a side effect , I would never snore . Boy was he wrong . As an adult , I snored so loud , I woke myself up . The doctor , with the results of the Sleep Apnea test in hand , told me there were two more surgeries they could try , they just couldn't tell which of the remaining two I really needed , so they'd try the next easiest to do , next . So I had my soft pallet removed - you know , that bit at the back of my throat that has the dangley bit . Stopped waking myself up due to snoring . I also tried a CPAP around that time , although I can't remember if it was before or after the surgery .So , I rented the CPAP , and a , " technician , " brought the thing , plugged it in and turned it on . He returned a few nights later , basically , other than being annoying , it hadn't done any good . He adjusted the settings on it . That night , I got to sleep almost immediately , and stayed asleep until I tried to breath out . The thing was so powerful , I could only breath in . I tore the mask off and threw it across the room . I never had the third surgery they recommended . They told me I had a deviated septum - that bone that goes up between my nostrils was somehow crooked , although I never saw that from the outside . Nope , didn't have that one done . Still get very little sleep . Went to see a doctor about my kidneys . He put me on a diuretic . Stuff was so strong I had to get up and run to the bathroom to pee every hour . Seldom got to sleep in the first place and usually woke up to go pee, shortly afterwards . That one nearly killed me .
