I visited Puerto Rico before the hurricane hit . Many public things - museums and government offices were closed then due to mismanagement/theft of government funds . There was no government prior to the hurricane . The government didn't go out of business because of the hurricane . They were already shut down .

One year , I drove to Mexico city . On our return trip , I saw a line of butterflies , so many , that I stopped the car and we got out to see where they were going . It was a wooded area that they were flying into and joining a lot of others already there , but it wasn't the orange Monarch , they were blue .
