I've claimed it for decades , but this confirms it . I'm an introvert . Even my cats are so used to a quiet environment , that they disappear when another person shows up , and won't reappear until twenty minutes or so after others have left . I tried it once . My cat was used to the kitty litter , so I put some litter in the plastic training thing that went on the toilet bowl . Unfortunately the weight of the litter plus the weight of the cat , all wound up in the toilet bowl. Definitely scared the cat .

I was left on a bus once . Mom was carrying my baby brother and I was following her down the steps of the bus , but my weight was not heavy enough to keep the automatic door from closing . So Mom stepped down the steps , as she stepped onto the ground , the door closed behind her , and the driver started moving the bus forward , not realizing I was till on it .

Heat a pan of water . Keeping the jar itself out of the hot water , place the lid in the hot water . Heat makes things expand . With the jar still cool , and the lid expanded , it's easier to remove .

While I agree there may be things that can't be easily put on a list , there are things that make a great difference to you that you can put on the list , most especially based on your own personal experiences . For me , for instance , my father , grand father , and brother all took up smoking . I will not live with a smoker again . Been there done that , when I had no choice in the matter . Now it's something I do have control over , and it's not something worth dealing with , again . Given the choice between a smoker and being alone , I'll continue to live on my own ,thank you , very much . We all have choices to make . Living on my own , isn't a great problem . Inviting others with bad habits into my life , is not a happy choice .

Just trying to avoid a lot of potential problems . Why exchange my problems , for someone else's ? I'm in no hurry . I'd much rather find someone who fits the bill for me , than settle for someone who has habits I don't want to live with . For instance , my father , my grandfather , and my brother all chose to smoke . I will not live with a smoker . Period . If you are addicted to tobacco , find somebody else . You can't scrub your lungs . Brushing your teeth , may be an improvement , but face the truth , smoke gets in your cloths , and stays on your breath , your hands , your hair , everything you own , and the taste will always be in your mouth . For me smoking is a deal breaker .

Some of mine are up and some are down and all are in the same window box . The only difference I can think of , is that the earliest ones were hit with a cold snap . The newer ones hadn't popped before the old snap and are the upright ones .
