To me, religion is a way to control people. I was raised babtist, but I don't think I ever truely believed there was a Good. I started becoming a skeptic after joining the Marines and doing a tour in Iraq. I started to wonder how Christianity was right when the Muslim people I was around had the same convictions about their religion as I did mine. Now, I'm an open agnostic/atheist living in a small town surrounded by close minded folks.
