Yes..took myself out for Sunday brunch..ordered classic Eggs Benedict..it was awesome! The eggs were perfectly poached..the canadian bacon smokey and juicy, the Hollandaise warm and enjoyably thick..mmmmm..ordered a slightly hoppy Canadian lager to go with it..really nice, clean finish..

@Donotbelieve all of them..lol..a juicy handmade burger served medium (80/20) with shrooms,bacon and bluecheese with a side of handcut fries/onionrings..or if I'm wanting something a bit more upscale.. Broiled Halibut over scalloped potatoes topped with my green bbq sauce served with grilled asparagus or a Lamb tagine served over Rosemary couscous ( morrocan style)..my absolute fav is Grilled Veal chops(frenched) & roast yukon golds with sauted field greens and a bourbon truffle sauce..

@Donotbelieve ..it's not complicated to make actually..and if you can make mayonnaise..you can make all of the Aise sauces..bernnaise sauce add tarragon..etc..
