Father of two amazing teenagers that I have shared custody. Full time, solid career of 19+ years.
Recently, I have been going through some self-reflection and changes "of me, for me". These changes include better sleeping habits and working out (down almost 20 pounds!). I've also been meditating, focusing on mindfulness, and increasing my overall happiness.

In my spare time, I'm a drummer and bass player - it's amazing how music can sooth you, inspire you, and take you away from everything else.
Love the outdoors; hanging out with friends; and getting my nerd on from time to time.
