Great shot of the view.........but can you get the local authorities to put those power lines underground? ;)
Coffeo replies on Jun 19, 2018:
@Abbelyne I'd love to go out and chop down some poles, but some people would get annoyed. Besides, I might hurt or electrocute myself, and even if I didn't I'd fetch up in jail. So I guess I'll just monkey with the photos as usual. :)

Well, at least it doesn't appear to be shrinking yet! (Or does it?)
Coffeo replies on Jun 18, 2018:
Yes it is. This photo was taken on the glacier nevé, right at the top. The foot of the glacier is retreating quite significantly.

Why is no one is wearing a winter coat?
Coffeo replies on Jun 18, 2018:
@Donna_I It was so calm, and the height of summer. Shirt sleeves (as the pilot is wearing) was not uncomfortable at all.
Hi! Just noticed this group today. Seems like a fit for me.

Just so long as it's not septic. :)

It was summer, and it wasn't even cold up there (no wind). But yes, not being able to take off again would have been a big worry!
