I believe that to think that there is always a right answer is failing to grasp the multiple contexts of some issues. Eg. A man steals a vastly overpriced medicine to save his daughter's life. Should he be punished? How? Problems can have an economic context, an environmental context, a legal context, an ethical context and many other different contexts. The "right" answer will depend upon the context within which it's posed and who decides which is the most important context because sometimes the answers from within one context are diametrically opposed to the answer from within another. Eg, environmental vs employment questions, so it's not just a matter of understanding all the contexts. It also involves a subjective, agent relative choice as to which context to use and as such can not be seen as an objectively "right" answer.
