It seems that way because no drug lord at the top is ever caught and convicted. People might mention El Chapo but I feel that he was given to the Feds for something. As a guy I grew long hair twice in my life. It was the envy of certain girls but I think I looked like Ivanhoe. My hair never got longer than shoulder length. Now I keep it cut very short. Today after years of bodybuilding I even have bigger boobs than most girls. A certain amount of that comes with age anyway.
